THE SOUTHERN
COACHES' MOTOR COACH FLEET
We operate a fleet of twenty (20) vehicles: 1 Mini-Coach,
1-Executive Motor Coach, and 18 Motorcoaches, new and late
models. Included in our fleet are:
The 56 passenger PREVOST H3-45 and the MCI J4500 Touring
MotorCoach, the ultimate in passenger comfort, elite luxury
with panoramic windows and lots of luggage space, perfect
for long trips and larger groups.
The 55 passenger MCI DL Model, recognized as one of the most
reliable coaches on the road today. Perfect for large groups
and long tours.

ABOUT THE
COACH
The modern inter-city motor coach is a comfortable, reliable
vehicle - engineered with both the safety and comfort of our
passengers in mind. Southern Coaches carefully inspects and
maintains every vehicle in the fleet to ensure that
everything goes smoothly on the highway.
Our drivers inspect the coaches that they operate at the
beginning and end of each day, much like a pilot performs a
pre-flight check on an airplane. These inspections include
critical items such as tires, wheels, steering, and brakes.
In addition, items such as the coach’s cleanliness,
P.A.
System, and baggage areas are also inspected.
Should our driver encounter a problem, we will do all we can
to avoid or minimize any delay in your itinerary. This is a
rare occurrence, but if it should happen, we ask for your
patience as we ensure that your motorcoach is, and continues
to be, a safe and efficient vehicle upon departure and on
the road.
WHILE ON THE HIGHWAY OR ANY CHANGES TO ITINERARIES
Our coaches are classified as commercial vehicles, and while
most states and provinces allow a great deal of freedom of
movement, the motorcoach may occasionally be restricted as
to where and when it can travel. We will arrange your route
according to your itinerary and specific requests, making
sure that the coach meets all the relevant size and weight
limits and is permitted to operate legally all along the
way. Occasionally, unexpected restrictions such as a detour
or road closing may deviate an anticipated routing . When
this occurs, we will do whatever is necessary to keep your
trip on schedule, however, we must meet the requirements of
the law, and we appreciate your understanding. Should you
change an itinerary at the last minute, it may be necessary
to meet additional requirements. We again, will do
everything possible to satisfy your needs. Please advise our
office of any anticipated changes immediately so that we can
make arrangements as efficiently as possible. |
